Welcome aboard! We know a new dental office can feel like unfamiliar waters, so here's exactly what to expect when you visit Blue Marlin Dental for the first time.
Quick version
Plan for about 60–90 minutes. Bring your ID, insurance card and a list of medications. Arrive 10 minutes early to finish paperwork — or fill it out at home.
Before you arrive
A little prep makes your first visit smooth and stress-free. Here's what to have ready:
- Photo ID and dental insurance card (if you have coverage).
- A list of current medications and any known allergies.
- Your medical & dental history, including past surgeries or ongoing conditions.
- Any recent X-rays from a previous dentist, if available.
To save time in the chair, call us at (252) 555-0147 and we'll gladly send new-patient forms ahead of time.

Bringing the kids?
